Powers/Abilities: P'krrd possesses the standard abilities of the Shi'ar race.
History:
(Inhumans IV#2) - Captain P'krrd oversaw the transport of several dignitaries to an important event which would represent the integration of the Shi'ar and Spartoi races. He was shocked when his craft, which possessed no offensive weaponry, was overrun by the Inhumans, who he thought were officials of various alien races (not knowing that the Inhumans had been enslaved by Ronan the Accuser and their city, Attilan, turned into a massive starship). P'krrd learned that their transmissions were being blocked, so no distress call could be sent out. He ordered all ship occupants into escape vessels, initiating evacuation procedures before the Inhumans could reach the ship's power source though he didn't realize the pods' escape route was blocked by Attilan. A late arrival by Jason of Sparta's forces drove the Inhumans away, who P'krrd later thanks for his aid. He ordered a damage assessment, the gathering of the escape pods, and a distress call to be sent. P'krrd tried to belay the complaints of the Spartoi representatives Shakati and G'anym, not realizing Shakati had been involved in the attack. P'krrd later discussed the possible reasons for the attack with Shakati and Jason.

P'krrd is obviously meant to be an homage to the Star Trek character, Captain Jean-Luc Picard. Subtle much?
