History:

(Bullseye: Greatest Hits#3 (fb) - BTS) - An insurgent in Nicaragua fighting against the Sandinistas, Paolo led several of his men in obtaining weapons from selling cocaine to drug runners and receiving help from the American CIA when needed. The CIA sent them Bullseye to train them in war.

(Bullseye: Greatest Hits#3 (fb)) - Paolo disguised Bullseye's harsh words in translation and awakened their spirit of revolution. Bullseye soon led the insurgents in taking over the airstrip from the drug runners, though half of their men were killed. Bullseye convinced Paolo to take a stand for themselves and to become a leader in the drug trade. At a meeting held with many of the higher ups later, Paolo and others were killed by the Punisher, who killed them in an explosion. Paolo never realized that Bullseye was using him as a scapegoat.
