History:

(Iron Man IV#2 - BTS) - Robert Montoya was among the victims of Mallen, the Extremis-enhanced terrorist who murdered dozens of FBI agents.

(Iron Man IV#10) - Montoya was survived by h is sister Rosie, who he'd been tightly bonded to as a kid but who was imprisoned at Alderson Federal Prison Camp in West Virginia.

Rosie

(Iron Man IV#10 (fb) - BTS) - Rosie came from a family she was ashamed of, except for her brother Robert Montoya. She was proud of his for becoming an FBI agent and was saddened to learn that he'd been killed by Mallen, an Extremis-enhanced terrorist. At some point, Rosie was imprisoned at Alderson Federal Prison Camp in West Virginia. She learned that the designer of Extremis, Maya Hansen, was in the same prison.

(Iron Man IV#10) - Rosie approached Hansen, slowly revealing her hate for her. She leapt on Hansen, slashing her cheek with a knife, just before Iron Man (Tony Stark) arrived and tossed her aside.
