Powers/Abilities: Wally Jordon's skin was briefly turned scaly and serpentine. He was restored to his normal state when Tyrannus' plots were foiled.
History:
(Daredevil Annual I#4B (fb)) - Wally Jordon grew up in Albany, New York with his drinking buddy, Leo Baxter. Able to hold his liquor well, Wally eventually got his girlfriend Clarisse pregnant and decided to marry her. He got violent with her sometimes and they were unhappy. When Wally got sick and was labeled an alcoholic, he decided to go into treatment in a nearby clinic, abandoning his wife and child.
(Daredevil Annual I#4B (fb) - BTS) - Wally was put under conditions that made his loyal to Dr. Tyrone (secretly Tyrannus), and he slowly became more and more serpentine, as did the others at the clinic. Spider-Man (Peter Parker) was also put under Tyrannus' control
(Daredevil Annual I#4B) - Wally and some of his allies saw Leo approaching the clinic again and took him captive. Soon Daredevil (Matt Murdock) and Doctor Stephen Strange managed to defeat Tyrannus and reverse his spells, putting Wally back to his natural state. When Leo heard that Wally didn't want to return with Leo and didn't consider Leo a friend, Leo was furious and drew his gun on Wally, but Daredevil knocked the gun out of his hands.
