Powers/Abilities/Functions: The Globe of Souls is a mystic sphere capable of holding the spirit of another person trapped inside it for a period of time, accessed with mystical knowledge.
History: (Defenders I#109
(fb)) – Enchantress cast a
spell on Valkyrie, locking her soul in the Globe of Souls and keeping her form buried in a
mountain.
(Defenders I#109) – An unrevealed number of years later, the Valkyrie, back in her true form, battled Enchantress in Asgard, seeking revenge. Valkyrie used the Globe of Souls to entrap Enchantress' soul in it. The Enchantress was later able to escape.
