History:
(Daredevil I#14 (fb) - BTS) - A member of an international espionage network, Feepers posed as the humble butler of Parnival Plunder, the pirate known as the Plunderer, waiting for years to seize the power he knew could be his eventually.
(Daredevil I#14) - Plunderer and his crew, including Slagg, returned to his castle with the captive Daredevil, Ka-Zar, and Zabu. Feepers served them all grog at Plunderer's orders and the crew soon fell asleep due to the sleeping potion the Plunderer had mixed in the drink. Feepers followed the Plunderer and Daredevil down to Ka-Zar's cage, overhearing that there was a secret medallion that could unlock a great treasure. Feepers took a loaded gun and shot and killed Slagg, who'd also been trying to get the medallion. Feepers opened fire on Ka-Zar and Daredevil, but then his gun melted away, a strange effect of the medallion. Feepers was punched down by Daredevil before both heroes rushed away. Feepers soon recovered and contacted his network, telling them to apprehend the duo and retrieve the medallion at any cost.
(Daredevil I#14) - Boswell retrieved the medallion and contacted Feepers to tell him. Feepers ordered Boswell to bring it to Parnival Plunder's castle immediately. Daredevil followed them there, though Boswell didn't know it. When Boswell arrived, Plunder was violently questioning Feepers, who kept denying being anything but a butler. Boswell hesitated in firing his gun, refusing to shoot until Feepers promised to double his payment. Feepers agreed and Boswell fired, accidentally hitting Feepers when Plunder ducked out of the way.
