This reality could be either a divergent or an alternate Earth. If Obnoxio was born with mutant powers, then the reality was an alternate one but if it was a divergent Earth, then the divergent point occurred when Obnoxio decided to fight crime.
Obnoxio the Clown was a character from Crazy magazine.
