History:

(Daredevil II#103 (fb) - BTS) - A medical doctor who lost his license, Doc Parker made his fortune by tending the wounds of criminals. He moved his clinic around every few months to stay ahead of the law. When Fancy Dan was wounded in a fight, Parker stitched him up.

(Daredevil II#103) - Parker walked into Dan’s room and saw Daredevil there. Dan opened fire on Daredevil while Parker grabbed a fire extinguisher and hit the hero over the head, but Daredevil kicked back and knocked Parker out. Daredevil left Dan and Parker tied up for the police.

(Daredevil I#502 (fb) - BTS) - Doc Parker tended to the wounded Owl, ordering him to have no visitors for a time.

(Daredevil I#502 - BTS) - Some of Owl's men, including Dennison, stormed Doc Parker's place to inform Owl they weren't following him anymore.
