(Daredevil Annual I#7/4) - When the crazed Crippler went on a violent rampage against criminals across the city, Mayor Dinkins was questioned by the media as he'd recently requested aid against crime. He denied having any connections to Crippler.
(Web of Spider-Man#75 - BTS) - During an unexpected blizzard in New York, Mayor Dinkins declared a state of emergency and urged civilians to remain indoors.
(New Warriors I#16 - BTS) - While battling Terrax the Tamer, Speedball wondered if Mayor Dinkins would appreciate him.
