History:

(White Tiger#1 (fb) - BTS) - The Chaeyi is an international crime cartel of mysterious origins, with many government connections in several countries and denied to even exist by most countries.

(White Tiger#6 (fb) - BTS) - The Chaeyi had been involved with political insurgences and rebellions in Cambodia and Somalia, killing many for their causes. They were behind the assassination of the parents of Veronique Guererro, Somali diplomats.

(White Tiger#1 (fb) - BTS) - The Chaeyi sought to move into American holdings. They hired the new Cobra (Piet Voorhees) as their operative and appointed their aid, Karlson, as the American point man. Karlson arranged a deal with Sano Orii of the Yakuza to have authentic green cards and passports that could be doctored sold to the Chaeyi.

(White Tiger#1) - Cobra lead the team, including hired gangster Eddie, to pick up the passports. They were attacked by fledgling hero the White Tiger (Angela Del Toro), who made off with a portion of the documents before bounding off with Daredevil (Danny Rand). Karlson and Cobra confronted Sano, blaming him for the failure. Karlson assigned Cobra to find the woman assailant and test her out, and ordered Sano to bring in another shipment without failure. White Tiger attacked one of the Chaeyi’s garages and fought Eddie before Cobra attacked. Cobra soon jumped in the car with Sano and escaped.

(White Tiger#3) - White Tiger disrupted a Chaeyi gun-running operation.

(White Tiger#6) - Cobra went with Sano and Kenzo Orii, Eddie, and other criminals to pick up the completed documents, which would allow Chaeyi operatives to come legally to the United States. White Tiger, Spider-Man (Peter Parker), Luke Cage, Iron Fist (Danny Rand), and Black Widow (Natasha Romanova) then attacked and the entire operation was a failure, though Cobra managed to escape. Karlson and Cobra hired Omega Red to get revenge on White Tiger.
