History: (Namor I#29 (fb) - BTS) - Tess Walker grew up as the only daughter of Sheriff Chance Walker.  After her mother died, Chance spent nineteen years as a single dad bringing Tess up.

(Namor I#27 (fb) - BTS) - Tess was the prettiest girl in town and quickly grew bored with her life there.  She looked for a way to get out.

(Namor I#29 (fb) - BTS) - When west coast Oracle head, Leon Mackenzie, contacted Tess, she listened to his plot to connive others into acting as eco-terrorists against Oracle's holdings.  Leon asked Tess to be his inside-man and promised her large sums of money.  Seeing this as her way out, Tess agreed.  The 'eco-terrorists' began committing acts of terrorism that resulted in some loggers' lives being lost.

(Namor I#26) - Tess arrived with lunch for Chance, and he left to do his rounds.  She found an amnesiac Namor in the jail.  Seeking to know the stranger better, she stayed and talked to him about his origins, though he didn't recall anything.   After Chance let Namor free, Tess walked with him and discussed his memory challenges.  Tess invited Namor to stay, saying it was boring around there without him, and decided to call him Rex. She took him back to their place and showed him his room.  They were briefly interrupted by Leon calling, though Tess said she couldn't talk.  Tess tried flirting with Namor, then looked out the window to see one of the 'terrorists' destroying the jail in a logging machine.  She screamed as her father was in there still, and Namor rushed off to battle the machine.

(Namor I#27) - Tess watched as Namor stopped the machine and was shocked at his strength.  The man who'd driven the machine ran away, and the surrounding crowd grew surprised at Namor.  She later told her father what had happened, though Chance had a hard time believing it.  Tess sought to 'recruit' 'Rex' to their cause, seeing his strength as a bonus.  Leon, who thoroughly disgusted her, called once again to 'confirm' their 'appointment.'  Tess snuck out that night, unaware that 'Rex' had followed her, and met Leon's car.  After she resisted his flirtations, Leon gave her a bank account information with her eleven million in it.  She then moved to go home.

(Namor I#28) - When 'Rex' rushed out of the woods, he startled Tess.  After a brief argument, they embraced until some of their allies came out to attack Namor.  Tess convinced the 'terrorists' that Namor was on their side, though, and later called to report that to Leon.  He was pleased that she was now going to involve 'Rex' in their plot, seeing more potential for destruction and thus more money.  Tess directed 'Rex' and her allies to move against Oracle's headquarters, an act that would disable the logging in the area.  As they led the attack, Tess climbed in a logging machine and propelled it forward, killing all in her path.  Tess was shocked when 'Rex' leaped aboard the machine and pulled her mask off.  As she tried to stammer an explanation, the machine rolled into fuel bins, exploding.

(Namor I#29) - Tess felt the last of her air give way as she sunk in the wreckage beneath the water.  Soon, Namorita took her corpse from the waters.
