History: (Kid Colt, Outlaw#93) - Caleb and his two partners robbed a bank in Red Rock, then set off to Midnight Mountain to hide out. They ran into Kid Colt as they fled, and winged him with a stray shot. Kid Colt was thought to be a member of the gang, and he wound up fleeing to Midnight Mountain to hide, taking advantage of the legends that Midnight Mountain was haunted.

At Midnight Mountain, Colt encountered what appeared to be three ghosts, but when he attacked one of them, he found that it was just men wearing cloaks. Colt discovered that they were really Caleb and his two men, and they fought through the caverns of Midnight Mountain until they wound up at the edge of a cliff, and knocked Colt off the side. Colt held on to a branch, and Caleb tried to drop a boulder on him, but all of a sudden, he saw something that terrified him, and he fell from the cliff to his death. When Kid Colt reached the top of the cliff, he found the other two men paralyzed with terror. Colt rode away, wondering if the legends of Midnight Mountain really were true.

I wonder if the Midnight Mountain Caleb and the others haunted is the same one the Giant Monster of Midnight Valley landed near?
