Powers/Abilities: Culex is very powerful and can regenerate lost body parts within moments. .

History:
(Terror Inc.#13) – As Terror and Hellfire led an assault on Sabaist’s cult, Sabaist took refuge and attempted to perform a spell to bring his master Culex to Earth. When Terror intervened, one of Culex’s tendrils grabbed Sabaist. Terror took the opportunity to tear off one of Sabaist’s hands, and attaching it to himself, performed a spell to close the dimensional portal. Later, Terror ventured to the Cypress Hills Cemetery, a known haunt of Ghost Rider. Wanting to draw Ghost Rider to him (and thus giving him the penance stare, which Terror believed would end his torment), Terror reopened a portal to Culex’s dimension. When Ghost Rider did arrive, Terror closed the portal, unknowingly clipping off a piece of the demon’s tendril, which then grew into Culex’s full form. The demon battled the two for a short time before Terror managed to use an eye and arm that had been torn from Culex to open another portal, which pulled Culex back to his own dimension.
