Powers/Abilities: Zeet is a genius space engineer,
able to construct a spaceship from various items of disparate craft, and
has intuitive knowledge of space flight controls. He runs at normal
human pace and breathes oxygen, and adapted quickly to underwater
breathing gear. Any further details about his species can not be
determined -- he was unfamiliar with the concept of parents looking
similar to their offspring, suggesting his type may be holometabolous
(such as Earth insects), undergoing a metamorphosis when entering the
adult phase.
Height: 4'6"
Weight: Unrevealed
Eyes: Black
Hair: None
History:
(Planet Terry#8 (fb) - BTS) - Zeet was piloting a
spaceship but it crash landed on the isolated prison planet Alphatraz.
Zeet hid and slowly scavenged parts to build a mini spacecraft to
escape. Within two years, the inmates led by brutal Brutoxx took over
the prison with the outside none the wiser.
(Planet Terry#8) - Young space-faring adventurer Planet
Terry, searching for his parents, traveled incognito with his friends
Omnus and Robota to Alphatraz prison planet. Guards dropped them off
using gravity compensator disks so they could land on the surface. The
trio discovered the situation in the prison. Zeet saw the opportunity
for another item and grabbed Robota's gravity disk, then ran back to his
hideaway workshop. Planet Terry and his friends gave chase and found
him, each explaining why they were all there. The gravity disk was the
last part Zeet needed for his spacecraft. Omnus and Robota cleared an
exit tunnel. Zeet offered to repay their help and Planet Terry told of
his parents' plight. Zeet knew they had been locked up during Brutoxx's
takeover, but the parents (as wardens) were determined to end Brutoxx's
despotic reign and had guards rig explosives. Fearful, Zeet and his
friends fled in his mini spacecraft and watched explosions on Alphatraz
that instead acted as triggers for escape ships for the wardens and
guards. Planet Terry asked to be taken back to his spaceship so he could
go after his parents, but Zeet's spacecraft began falling apart.
(Planet Terry#9) - Zeet, Planet Terry, Robota and Omnus
struggled to keep the mini spacecraft together and it crash-landed on
the gaming space satellite W-Z2 hosted by Ouly Starstruk with continuous
interstellar broadcast. They were invited to compete in a game where
they could win a new spaceship. They made their way through several
gaming levels, but losing a member each time; Zeet was second last to be
eliminated in an underwater level, sacrificing success to help Planet
Terry get through where he won the final round. The friends all met up
together again where Planet Terry was awarded the spaceship's key and
the quartet blasted off to planet Burf to Planet Terry's own spacecraft.
(Planet Terry#10) - Planet Terry gifted the spaceship
prize to Zeet. Thankful, he took off immediately to see his mother, from
whom he'd been separated for two years.
Comments: Created by Dave Manak, Warren Kremer, Jon D'Agostino.
His skin color lightened after his introductory issue to a pale pink; maybe it was the lighting or atmosphere. A bit of a quick exit though, but the series ended 2 issues later.
