Powers/Abilities: Greta van Helsing's abilities during her lifetime are unrevealed.
As a vampire, she likely had superhuman strength and resistance to injury, although she was vulnerable to silver stake through the heart.
She was very likely vulnerable to
a wooden stake through the heart, and she was apparently affected to
religious icons.
Even the stones from an abandoned
church being used to build the walls of her cell apparently prevented
her from leaving that cell, although it is possible that she simply
accepted her confinement and could have left.
She required regular blood meals
to survive, but while thusly fed, she could maintain her youthful
appearance and vitality.
She was maintained for decades via
blood transfusions taken from Abraham, which meant that she could
survive off of what volume of blood he could donate without an obvious
detriment to his health. Presumably living in a cell and not engaging
in any vigorous activity significantly reduced her requirements.
Deprived of her blood
requirements, she did age and assume a more monstrous appearance, but
only relatively slowly over a period of months to years, apparently.
Upon receiving a blood meal, she would swiftly regain her youthful
appearance again.
She apparently had some abilities to mesmerize/entrance others, and for some time she apparently prevented Abraham van Helsing from appreciating her vampiric nature for some time, although his love for her may have made keeping him in denial much easier.

of
Dracula#1 (fb) - BTS) - A vampire, Greta bewitched Abraham van
Helsing -- either her husband already or whom she seduced into marriage
-- so that he apparently did not know what she was, and he gave up
everything for her, including hisexalted position in the church and his
God.
(Ghosts of Dracula#5 (fb) - BTS) - At some point, Abraham apparently
realized Greta's true nature...
(Ghosts of Dracula#1 (fb) - BTS) - Greta was institutionalized and
kept within a locked room at the Shircliff Asylum in Amsterdam, the
Netherlands.
(Ghosts of Dracula#5 (fb) - BTS) - Abraham sealed Greta in a room
made from the bricks and stones of an abandoned church, and he
maintained her existence via transfusions of his own blood.
(Ghosts of Dracula#1 (fb) - BTS) - Great was watched over by Dr. John
"Jack" Seward (almost certainly the son
of the Dr. Seward from Stoker's Dracula).
Since Abraham's last visit some time before the
main story, Greta had changed significantly, refusing to take any
nourishment.
(Ghosts of Dracula#1 - BTS) - Circa 1925 A.D., Abraham arranged a
visit with Greta at moonrise via Jack, telling him that this was not
something he wanted to do, but rather something that he must do.
However, when they arrived at the door to her
room and Jack told her how she had changed from his last visit, Abraham
found himself unable to enter. He departed for Jack's study while Jack
looked in on her.
(Ghosts of Dracula#1) - Opening the door, Jack asked Mrs. van Helsing if there was anything she needed, and she told him to wish her husband a very happy "anniversary."
(Ghosts of Dracula#1 - BTS) - Abraham subsequently apologized to Jack,
calling himself a coward.
Jack told Abraham that his reaction was quite
normal, but Abraham countered that there was nothing normal in his
life, and he added that he should not have left London.
Jack tried to reassure Abraham that in her own
way, Greta understood, stating that he honestly believed that.
(Ghosts of Dracula#5 - BTS) - Following a subsequent encounter with
Dracula, Abraham returned to Shircliff, and he asked Jack to leave him
alone with Greta. As he entered the room, he noted that he had cruelly
wronged Greta and that a man's place was with his wife.
(Ghosts of
Dracula#5) - Receiving an intravenous blood transfusion, Greta told him
that she had known that he would come.
She told him that he looked very old and wondered
how many years it had been before adding that time was always the same
to her, although that did not make the waiting any easier.
Abraham apologized, telling her that he had failed her, and he asked her to forgive her. Showing him that she had accepted nourishment again to prepare for him and that she had returned to her more youthful form.
Greta then reminded him how he had given up
everything for her, including his , never knowing that she had
bewitched him or knowing the thing that she was. He replied that he did
remember and that it had been a selfish love until now.
She told him, "A moment's courage, my husband...and it will be done," and he the stabbed her (presumably with a wooden or silver dagger contained within his cane), destroying her.
Dr. Seward rushed in and asked what he had done, and Abraham told him, "What I had to do, what I should have done, those long years ago."
Looking on Greta's age face, Abraham stated that she
was now God's true dead.
Dr. Seward told Abraham that there would be
police inquiries and court proceedings, and he asked how he could
protect him from that. Abraham told him that he could not protect him,
but that he was prepared for their punishment. He begged Jack to do
nothing to help him, as he had lived too long.

Ghosts of Dracula was an
interesting series, involving the historic figure Harry Houdini, a
real-world escape artist, as well as brief appearance by Sherlock
Holmes, and van Helsing was forced to work with Dracula to stop the
threat of his former ally Artimus Beck.
In Stoker's original Dracula
novel, Abraham van Helsing had a son who died under unrevealed
circumstances and a wife who had gone insane but to whom, as a devout
Catholic, he was still married.
I've not read the
original novel, just Marvel's adaptations (in Dracula Lives and
Stoker's Dracula), but I can't confirm from memory whether that was
detailed in the those adaptations or not. That's only relevant for
Earth-616 and moot for Earth-91165.
Additionally on moot points, on
Earth-616, Abraham van Helsing was apparently slain by Dracula in 1899
A.D.
Regardless, in this story's
reality, it makes sense to me that given his age, that the wife
institutionalized in Stoker's novel circa 1897 A.D. was the same wife
institutionalized in 1925 A.D.
We don't know if Greta was
already a vampire when she first met Abraham, or if they met and
courted and then she was vampirized before or after her wedding to
Abraham.
The interaction between
Abraham and Jack Seward in Ghosts of Dracula#1 would seem to imply that
Dracula was responsible for her current condition (in frustration over
his wife's condition, van Helsing resolved to face Dracula again), but
nothing was specified or confirmed that I saw.
Maybe he was just angry at vampires
in general and focused that hatred on Dracula.
