Powers/Abilities: Torque has a pair of bionic arms replacing his missing organic ones. Coolant fluid runs through their servo-motors, keeping them from over-heating in the midst of battle, although his battles did not last very long.

    His arms grant him sufficient strength to punch through a brick wall. They presumably are anchored to his body via braces and/or some energy to prevent the interface between bionics and organics from acting as the focal weak point).

    Although presumably more durable than human flesh, his bionic arms could be destroyed and/or severed by powerful explosions and energy backlashes.

   

Height: Unrevealed (approximately 6'5"; his height seemed to vary (presumably just artistic license, with him sometimes looking close to 6' and sometimes closer to 7')
Weight: Unrevealed (approximately 350 lbs. in human form; his bionic arms likely weigh more than human arms, but as their construction is unrevealed, it is difficult to speculate on their weight)
Eyes: Unrevealed (only seen wearing glasses)
Hair: Strawberry blond

History:
(Mortal Kombat U.S. Special Forces#1 (fb) - BTS) - Presumably having lost his arms under unrevealed circumstances, the man who would become known as Torque received a pair of bionic arms and joined the U.S. Special Forces base.torque-82924-ussf1-holdup

(Mortal Kombat U.S. Special Forces#1) - Torque was among the U.S. Special Forces who confronted Black Dragon forces loading some gold into a cargo ship, making short work of the criminals.

    After the Black Dragon forces had been routed, Rojack detonated explosives placed on the ship as a back-up so that if Black Dragon couldn't have the gold, no one could.

    Having lost his left arm in the explosion, Torque noted that if he kept losing arms, President Clinton was going to have to raise taxes again. torque-82924-ussf1-raoff

(Mortal Kombat U.S. Special Forces#1 - BTS) - Jackson Briggs and Mikka Stone were ambushed and captured by Black Dragon forces.

(Mortal Kombat U.S. Special Forces#1 (fb) - BTS) - Torque received a new arm, and the technicians added an extra 105 units of "horse power" to his arms.

(Mortal Kombat U.S. Special Forces#1) - As Torque showed off his new arm, he and his allies received the report of Briggs and Stone's capture. They rushed to try to get information from Tread, the Black Dragon agent they had captured, but found him dead.

(Mortal Kombat U.S. Special Forces#2) - A doctor determined that Tread had fatally poisoned himself to prevent truth serum from being used to force him to reveal secret information.

(Mortal Kombat U.S. Special Forces#2 - BTS) - Rojack told Briggs and Blade how they had found the gold on an island along with a mystic item known as the Kitae via which the islanders had hidden their wealth extradimensionally.

(Mortal Kombat U.S. Special Forces#2) - Special Forces used a Kitae fragment they had recovered from the ship Rojack had blown up to track the energies of Rojack's Kitae.

    Torque accompanied other Special Forces members to the Black Dragon base where Rojack was holding Briggs and Blade. Torque punched a hole in the wall and led his allies to attack the Black Dragon forces.

    Torque subsequently located and freed Briggs and Blade, after which the Kitae -- stimulated by the energies of the US Special Forces' electromagnetic wave meter -- opened a portal through space and/or dimensions through which Torque punched Rojack.

    As the portal's energy discharges increased, Torque followed Briggs' instructions to throw the crate containing the Kitae through the portal. The portal closed in a violent burst of energy that severed Torque's left arm.

    Torque suggested that they use the gold recovered from the Black Dragon base to buy him a new arm.
