History:
(Wacky Duck II#1/3 (fb) - BTS) - Sherbert was friends with
Buck "Wacky" Duck and helped him with odd jobs for quick cash.
(Wacky Duck II#1/3) - Wacky decided plumbing was the
next get-rich-quick scheme for him and roped Sherbert in as helper. The
duo rushed to their first job, Sherbert running enthusiastically behind
Wacky, but it was for a leaky fountain pen; angry, Wacky knocked the
mistaken customer unconscious. Outside, another fellow asked to have
smoking pipe cleaned and again Wacky whacked the confused would-be
customer. Sherbert wondered if they'd ever make any money. A potential
customer hailed their truck down and asked the hopeful plumbers for
heating to be installed in his cold house; Wacky promised him the
hottest in town. Wacky's stumbling caused damage to the house; this was
compounded when Sherbert, carrying the heating furnace by himself,
tripped down the stairs into the basement. The bumbling duo kept saying
to take any damage off the bill. The plumbing pair fumbled with
the connecting water pipes, Sherbert splashing the basement with water
that later caused Wacky to slip and put too much coal fuel in the
furnace. But the duo had forgotten to connect the chimney; smoke and
fire filled the basement and spread into the house. Furious, the house
owner chased Wacky and Sherbert down the street.

Wacky/Dopey/Buck Duck went through a lot of changes and various artistic styles.
