Powers/Abilities: Scarlett Wench is a sorceress. Her hexes can polymorph people into animals or the likeness of other humans, although their effect apparently wears off over time.
Scarlett Wench lacked full control over her hexes, which hit her allies more often than they did her enemies, during her time with Magneat-O.

History: (Not Brand Echh I#8/4 (fb) - BTS) - Wanda was a former understudy on "Bewitched."
(Not Brand Echh I#8/4) - Wanda and her brother Pimento became associates of Magneat-o. Together with Toadstool, the four of them planned to attack the Echhs-Men in Chestwester County, only to face the Echhs-Men's newest potential recruit Forbush Man instead. Slicksilver grabbed Forbush Man so that Scarlett Wench could hex him, but her hex hit the wrong person and transformed Magneat-o into a duck. She fired another hex, which reflected off of Forbush Man's headgear onto herself, transforming her into Forbush's Auntie Mayhem. Saying if the final attempt wouldn't work, she'd go back to being an understudy, Scarlett Wench fired a hex that transformed her brother into a turtle. Magneat-o returned to his human form and offered to help Wanda, restoring her back to her youthful, and now much more glamorous look. The Echhs-Men activated a giant spring that launched Forbush Man at the villains, causing them to flee back to Brand Echh.
(Not Brand Echh I#6/1) - Scarlett Wench and Cyclomps were spending a day on the beach when their radio started broadcasting insults from Human Scorch to Sandyman. The beach started moving, and the two believed that it was haunted and ran away, right before Sandyman stood up from what was in fact not a beach, but a garbage dump.
(Not Brand Echh I#6/2) - When Doctor Deranged proposed to the Wotta Woman (Dye-Anna), Wanda was nearby, sitting in a lap of a man in a sailor's outfit, and introduced herself as Scarlett Wench.
(F.O.O.M. I#6 (fb) - BTS) - Wanda joined the Avengers, receiving an official Avengers I.D. card. She moved to the Avengers Mansion where Jarvis did all the housework and began dating her synthizoid teammate Vish.
(F.O.O.M. I#6) - Wanda initiated a talk of marriage with her boyfriend, only for Vish to panic and try to escape the conversation. He was not quick enough, and Wanda caught him by his cape and dragged him to see the marriage counselor, Forbush Man. Forbush painted for Vish a picture of a suburban paradise, with a beautiful woman waiting on him hand and foot while he himself could enjoy the superhero life (mirroring reality-74666). Hearing the pitch made Vish change his mind and embrace the idea of marriage, but the same mental picture left Wanda feeling sad and joyless. She angrily called Vish a male chauvinist and shoved his head through Forbush Man's door window, then left after declaring that she would not be marrying Vish or anyone else.

A similar Scarlet Wench, involved in equally ridiculous situations, also exists on Earth-9047. The two worlds are very similar, but the Trading Card Variant Cover of Not Brand Echh#14 (2017) clarifies that Not Brand Echh stories are set on Earth-665, while What The--?! stories take place on Earth-9047. The story in FOOM magazine is assumed to take place on Earth-665 based on its placement in the Forbush Man's profile.
Scarlett Wench is seen socializing with Cyclomps in Not Brand Echh I#6, only to attack him and the Echhs-Men in Not Brand Echh I#8. This profile assumes that the later story is chronologically a full prequel/flashback, which would be among the least weird things Not Brand Echh has done.
In F.O.O.M. I#6 Wanda repeatedly refers to her team as the Avengers, despite the team's Earth-665 counterpart usually going by "Revengers" instead. The significance of this, if any, remains a mystery.
