Powers/Abilities: Ronan is superhumanly strong (presumably lifting 10 tons without armor or roughly 60 tons with armor), and he wields the hammer-like powerful universal weapon (aka cosmi-rod).

Ronan-10011 is more monstrous with fanged teeth in his mouth, with a second, much larger fanged maw in his abdomen.

He may or may not possess all of the abilities of his Reality-616 counterpart:

    Ronan can fire various beams from his eyes, including electromagnetic pulses and intensifier rays.
    His armor can generate electrical shocks and cryogenically freeze a selected subject.
    Ronan’s main weapon can tap cosmic energy at the mental command of its wielder for various effects:

Creating highly impenetrable “cones,” auras of negativism to render himself invisible to both sight and mechanical sensors, matter rearrangement and transmutation, creating wind vortexes, generating temporal displacement bubbles and hard vacuums, and discharging energy blasts, among other feats.

If his cosmi-rod is somehow destroyed, he can instantaneously recreate it from components stored in his armor. The cosmi-rod can teleport its wielder through space, though its maximum jump distance is unrevealed.

History:

(Annihilation: Scourge: Silver Surfer#1 (fb) - BTS) <Negative Zone Incursion day +15> - Ronan, alongside Captain Marvel, was among the residents of the Cancerverse who invaded the Negative Zone, assaulting its residents, and causing a fleet of warcraft to flee through a dimensional breech into the positive universe of Earth-616. Encountering the fleet, most of whom had perished in the effort, the Silver Surfer traveled into the Negative Zone.

(Annihilation: Scourge: Silver Surfer#1) - After recognizing the source of the destruction and slaughter within the Negative Zone as being the results of beings from the Cancerverse, the Silver Surfer encountered Ronan and Captain Marvel-10011. After Marvel noted the presence of a shiny one with a powerful life force, and Ronan suggested that they make him one of their own. ronan-10011-blasted

    Ronan attempted to strike the Surfer, but recent developments had rendered the Silver Surfer intangible, and so his universal weapon passed harmlessly through him. Futilely diving through the Surfer, Ronan instructed his Kree associates to grab him, although they could not either.

    However, the Surfer's power cosmic could still affect others, he projected blasts through Ronan's abdominal maw (presumably destroying him) and obliterating his Kree allies, concluding with Captain Marvel.
