Powers/Abilities/Functions: The Naglfar Beacon is a horn that can summon forth a fleet of Naglfar ships carrying dead warriors to the person who wields it and then kill whomever they find alive.
History:
(Asgardians of the Galaxy I#2 (fb)) - Loki had the Dwarves of Nidavellir forge the Naglfar Beacon, then cast it into the past so that he could retrieve it when the time was right.
(Asgardians of the Galaxy I#1) - On the planet Draeketh, Nebula forced Urzuul of the Dwarves of Nidavellir to give her the Naglfar Beacon so she could command the Naglfar fleet.
(Asgardians of the Galaxy I#2) - Journeying to Netredeen, Nebula used the Naglfar Beacon to summon Naglfar ships there and slaughter the planet's inhabitants. Next, Nebula brought the Naglfar Beacon to Chandilar and wielded it to bring an army of the dead against the Shi'ar Empire.
(Asgardians of the Galaxy I#3) - When Angela brought her allies to Chandilar to confront Nebula, Nebula departed with the Naglfar Beacon.
(Asgardians of the Galaxy I#4) - Journeying to Earth, Nebula incapacitated Thor, then blew on the Naglfar Beacon.
(Asgardians of the Galaxy I#5) - Nebula returned to her starship with the Naglfar Beacon when Angela and her allies attacked her again. Loki used illusions to incapacitate Nebula so that Brunnhilde could retrieve the Naglfar Beacon. Brunnhilde used the Naglfar Beacon to send the Naglfar fleet back into the void of space.
(Asgardians of the Galaxy I#6-7) - Angela and her allies crashed their ship on Ego, the Living Planet, while continuing to protect the Naglfar Beacon. Angela resolved to bring the item to Asgard for safekeeping.
(Asgardians of the Galaxy I#8-9) - Arriving at Asgard, Urzuul locked the Naglfar Beacon inside a vault on Angela's starship, but Heimdall easily removed it, claiming Asgard would need it in the War of the Realms. Angela took the item and promised to put it to good use. Angela carried it with her on Earth during the War of the Realms.
(Asgardians of the Galaxy I#10) - Angela refused to use the Naglfar Beacon on Earth, instead journeying to the realm Heven to assault her fellow Angels. Rather than continue to use the item, she smashed it over her knee so no one else could manipulate the dead.
