History:
(Comedy Comics I#9/5 (fb) - BTS) - Dr. Borgor was physician to the actress Miss Senter. Having created a formula that could rapidly age people, Borgor sent a letter to Miss Senter as "Mr. Black," telling her to pay him $50,000 or she'd lose her beauty. As Borgor, he counseled Miss Senter to pay the ransom but she considered it a joke and refused.
(Comedy Comics I#9/5) - Borgor secretly administered his formula to Miss Senter and she tranformed into an old woman while performing on the stage. Borgor visited her backstage and advised her again to give in to Mr. Black's demands.
The next day, Borgor left a note in Miss Senter's room signed as "Mr. Black," telling her to the bring the money to Fuller's Fork, where another car would pick her up. Miss Senter gave in to the demands and Borgor sent a hired gunman to pick up Miss Senter in a car bound to a farmhouse where Borgor was waiting. Unknown to him, the costumed hero Silver Scorpion was following Miss Senter.
As Mr. Black, Borgor confronted Miss Senter wearing a red mask to hide his face. As Miss Senter turned over the money, Mr. Black produced the antidote when suddenly Silver Scorpion burst into the farmhouse and held a gun on him, demanding Mr. Black unmask himself; she had already surmised he was Borgor. Mr. Black threatened to destroy the antidote and Miss Senter lunged at Silver Scorpion, desperate to preserve the antidote, causing Silver Scorpion to fire a shot into the air. Silver Scorpion lost her gun and Mr. Black's hired man tied her to a chair.
Mr. Black planned to administer his formula to the Silver Scorpion and make her old but her legs had been left untied and she kicked him before he could inject her, then she easily bested his hired man in a fight. Mr. Black tried to escape with the money but the earlier gunshot had attracted a passing State Trooper. Mr. Black desperately threw the bundle of money at Silver Scorpion to stop her but she easily recovered and knocked Mr. Black down. She forced Mr. Black to unmask, revealing he was Dr. Borgor. Borgor still hoped to destroy the antidote as revenge but Miss Senter had already grabbed it and restored her youthfulness and beauty. The State Trooper took Dr. Borgor and his hired man under arrest.

Miss Senter was a popular stage actress. Her physician was Dr. Borgor. When Dr. Borgor sent her a threatening note under his alias "Mr. Black," claiming she'd lose her beauty unless she paid him $50,000, she laughed off the threat as a joke. She invited Dan Hurley to see her new play and he brought his secretary Betty Barstow. While in the midst of performing on stage, Miss Senter suddenly aged into an elderly woman from the formula admitted to her by Dr. Borgor. Miss Senter decided to give in to Mr. Black's ransom and brought it to him in a farmhouse but when the Silver Scorpion arrived to help her, she feared Mr. Black would destroy the antidote and struggled with the Silver Scorpion. Eventually, Miss Senter retrieved the antidote and used it on herself, restoring her youthfulness and beauty. Dr. Borgor was arrested and Miss Senter thanked the Silver Scorpion. Miss Senter returned to her career on stage.
