MOONDRAGON'S UNDERWATER BASE

Powers/Abilities/Functions: Moondragon's base contained a labyrinth-like corridor space. The facility's main space was a large meditation area where Moondragon relaxed among plantlife (likely Titanian plants). The facility contained a variety of scientific devices that originated from Titan and which Moondragon and Kerwin J. Broderick used to empower their agents. Access to the facility was through a teleport module, contained inside a plastic cylinder; the full range of the teleport module was not revealed but it could reach to and from mainland San Francisco. A large monitor enabled Moondragon to observe events in San Francisco. Doors were controlled by a light beam, which needed to be broken by a person's hand in order to open. The center piece of the laboratory space was the Regenesis Lab, a large slab which a body could be placed upon in order to receive life-giving energy. It was likely at the underwater base that the machines which empowered the Dark Messiah, Ramrod and Angar the Screamer. There were also weapons in the base, including a ray gun that Kerwin J. Broderick used to stun Moondragon. The base was also where Moondragon held the creature Terrex.
History:
(Daredevil I#105 (fb) - BTS) - Seeking to build allies on Earth to oppose Thanos and his Thanos Thralls, Moondragon constructed her underwater base off the west coast of the United States. Seeking allies against Thanos, she mistakenly believed San Francisco, California was already under Thanos' control and needed to be purged.
(Daredevil I#106 (fb)) - Moondragon sought out millionaire Kerwin J. Broderick to be her ally against Thanos. To prove her stories about Thanos, Moondragon brought Broderick to her underwater base and demonstrated her technologies to him. Realizing he could use Moondragon's technology to serve his own ends, Broderick agreed to the alliance.
(Daredevil I#105) - When Daredevil was thrown off a cliff by Kraven the Hunter, Moondragon used her base's teleport module to instead bring him to her underwater base, depositing him in the facility's labyrinth. After guiding himself through the labyrinth and into Moondragon's meditation space, he found her meditating and irritated her by interrupting her meditation. Moondragon declared she had brought Daredevil to her base to make him her prisoner, thinking he was a Thanos Thrall. Confused, Daredevil asked her to explain herself and she shared her origins and her vendetta against Thanos. Realizing from telepathic contact that Daredevil wasn't under Thanos' control, Moondragon started to realize her mistake. However, Broderick turned on Moondragon and blasted her with a ray gun that paralyzed her, then sent Terrex to assault San Francisco along with their agents Dark Messiah, Ramrod and Angar the Screamer.
(Daredevil I#106) - Broderick fired the ray gun at Daredevil, exhausting its battery, but it only briefly stunned Daredevil. Broderick trashed Moondragon's equipment then left the base for San Francisco. Reviving, Daredevil brought Moondragon to the Regenesis Lab, which Broderick had fortunately left intact. The machines in the Regenesis Lab removed Moondragon's paralysis and restored her to full vitality. Using the teleport module, Daredevil and Moondragon teleported to San Francisco to stop Broderick and his agents.

Moondragon's base might have been the location where she and Broderick augmented Ramrod with his cybernetics in the flashback from Daredevil I#103. Ramrod assumed he was aboard a spaceship, but it could have just as easily been inside her base. The slab Ramrod rested upon looked a lot like the slab in the Regenesis Lab.
