History:
(My Love II#5/2 (fb)) - Lorna was an art student at State University who wound up being taught by Walter Price. Lorna was immediately attracted to Walter, but her friends chided her, as Aggie pointed out Walter was a member of "the establishment." Despite knowing this, Lorna remained attracted to him.
Finally, one night, Walter telephoned Lorna and asked her out. They went to see live theatre, attended an art gallery, then went dancing. As they danced, Lorna admitted she hadn't expected to be dating a member of the faculty, but Walter noted he was only 2 years older than her; they kissed.
However, as they were leaving, Lorna was spotted by her friend Aggie and her boyfriend Benny Brown. Lorna realized that soon all of her friends on campus would know about her relationship with Walter. The next day, Aggie told Lorna they were expecting her to attend a protest rally that night but Lorna said she couldn't break her date with Walter. Aggie accused Lorna of selling out to the establishment.
Lorna went on her date with Walter but felt guilty for her choices. Returning home, she found a note from Aggie informing her the student committee had voted for a protest march the next day and she'd been voted as one of the leaders. Lorna realized this was a great chance for the students to obtain the rights and benefits they'd been demanding, but it would mean demonstrating against the faculty, which included Walter. Despite her misgivings, Lorna went ahead with the rally.
(My Love II#5/2) - As Lorna and the other students protested, Lorna was surprised to see Walter among the protestors. Lorna pointed out it was a protest for student rights, but Walter informed her he was on the students' side and wanted "justice for everyone." Lorna protested alongside Walter, pleased with the outcome.

The State University Lorna attended could easily be Empire State University.
Strangely, the only thing scandalous about Lorna and Walter's relationship is the idea that he's from "the establishment" - not that he's her professor and has an obvious conflict of interests!

Aggie (right) was a classmate of Lorna's at State University. Benny Brown (left) was Aggie's boyfriend. One day while Lorna and Walter were on a date, Aggie and Benny saw them together. Aggie spread word of their relationship around campus, forcing Lorna to prove her loyalty to the protest she'd organized.
