History:
(King in Black: Thunderbolts#1 (fb)) - Incendiary was one of a number of super-criminals recruited by the Kingpin to join his Thunderbolts team, with the goal of stopping the invasion of Earth by Knull the ancient symbiote-god. Learning the alternative to signing up was to be sent to prison, Incendiary respectfully declined to go on what he saw as a suicide mission. The Kingpin thanked him for his honesty and sent him away with a pair of guards, who, as soon as they had left the room, executed Incendiary while he was "trying to escape custody." This had the effect of deterring the others from choosing prison.

Comments: Created by Matthew Rosenberg and Juan Ferreyra.

I propose his real name is "Heathcliff Lynns."
Haha I see what you did there! -Proto-Man

Incendiary has a pretty good look but, I mean, it's not exactly a shock that the three characters who die in this issue are the ones who have no previous appearances.

Incendiary's eye and hair color were impossible to determine, as he was never seen outside of his costume.--Proto-Man
