Powers/Abilities: Ikor had an elongated lower torso; instead of legs, his lower torso resembled a fish tail to assist him in navigating underwater. He could also breathe underwater. Ikor had two wings growing above his shoulder blades which enabled him to fly. He could hurl himself through the air with tremendous force.

History:

(Daring Mystery Comics I#7/2) - In 1940, Ikor was cavorting with members of Neptunia inside an undersea cavern within Neptunia when he encountered Peter Noble, a recently shipwrecked sailor. After Peter introduced himself to Ikor, Ikor explained he was the "Sub-Ruler" of Neptunia. When Peter expressed disbelief, Ikor flew into a rage and challenged Peter to combat. Flying directly at Peter, Ikor grabbed him and dove into a pool to drown him, but Peter drew his sidearm and shot Ikor in the head, killing him. Ikor's death convinced his people that Peter Noble was their legendary hero, the Fin.
