History:ferro-58574-punched

(Powers II#7) - Riding atop a car driven by his associate, Ferro traveled through Chinatown, pursued by multiple police cars whom he taunted while using his magnetic powers to blast the streetside people and property.

After he blasted back numerous pursuers, he was confronted by Retro Girl, who caught a police car Ferro had launched into the air.

In response, Ferro blasted Retro Girl, knocking her back into a newsstand.

Although his driver felt they were in big trouble, Ferro mockingly told him to keep driving...

...at which point Retro Girl punched Ferro into the air and then caught him by the shirt and brought him back to custody.

(Powers II#7 - BTS) - Watching the footage of her battle with Ferro, Retro Girl was disgusted that parts of her anatomy were visible and shown on TV.

Comments: Created by Brian Michael Bendis and Michael Avon Oeming.

Powers is a mature-themed comic, loaded with profanity and mature themes. If you're OK with that, the stories and characters are fun.

Thanks to Loki for introducing me to the Powers series and recommending Ferro to represent that series.

Although he's not explicitly named, a few pages later Christian Walker refers to him as "THAT FERRO GUY." Since it's all block capitals we can tell whether FERRO is a descriptor or a codename, BUT since ferro isn't the first thing that springs to mind when you think of magnetic fields, I'd be comfortable to ASSume his codename was something like Ferro.
