History:
(Spider-Force I#1 (fb) - BTS) - On Earth-218, Peter Parker's parents
died in a plane crash.
(Spider-Force I#2 (fb)) - Now living with his uncle
Ben and aunt May, young Peter Parker tried to cover his ears to avoid
hearing Ben yelling May. When the angry Ben came to Peter's room, the
door was locked and Peter continued to cover his ears, refusing to
unlock the door. Peter was eventually sent to a juvenile home but he
ultimately ran away from it.
(Spider-Force I#1 (fb) - BTS) - Peter took to using the name "Charlie" Parker and got an apartment, paying the rent by stealing money from the crooks he stopped as the heroic Spider-Kid.
(Spider-Geddon I#3 (fb) - BTS) - While in brief
possession of an unstable Cosmic Cube, Earth-44145's Spider-Man
(Norman Osborn) glimpsed the Multiverse, including Earth-218 and
Spider-Kid.
(Spider-Force I#1 (fb)) - While riding his bike through Queens, Charlie spotted a group of drug dealers. Opting to stop the dealers, Charlie took a photo of the dealers with his phone, prompting one of the dealers to pull a gun and demand the phone. Charlie instead webbed up the dealer's face and stole the dealer's money before donning his Spider-Kid mask and tossing the dealer against a dumpster. Threatening the dealer to halt his drug dealing or risk losing teeth, Spider-Kid swung away and returned to his apartment, only to find Earth-807128's Spider-Woman waiting for him. Following a very brief battle, Spider-Woman asked a cynical Spider-Kid to accompany her on a mission to save the world.
(Spider-Force I#2 - BTS) - After encountering
Astro-Spider on the radioactive Earth-3145, Spider-Kid, Spider-Woman
and Earth-616's Scarlet Spider and Spider-Woman allowed Astro-Spider to
telepathic glimpse into their minds to learn who they were and everyone
in the telepathic link received a brief glimpse of Earth-218 and
Spider-Kid's troubled home life.
(Spider-Geddon I#3 - BTS) - While speaking with
Earth-11580's Spiders-Man,
Spider-Man-44145 revealed how he glimpsed Earth-218 and other realities
in the Multiverse during a period in which he had access to an unstable
Cosmic Cube.

There weren't a lot of great shots of Earth-218 itself. Almost of all them were just Spider-Kid on Earth-218...
