History:
(Comedy Comics I#10/14) - Corporal Braemer was a guard at a concentration camp whose prisoners included an American spy, the father of a boy named Victor. One night, the camp commandant ordered Corporal Braemer to form a firing squad and execute the American spy. Braemer was pleased with the order, thinking it would be "funny" to wake up the spy then kill him. Braemer collected the spy from his cell and held him at gunpoint as he guided him towards the camp's north wall to be executed. However, as he passed a window, boy named Maxie who belonged to the Victory Boys swung a hammer at Braemer's head, knocking him unconscious. Maxie wanted to claim Braemer's scalp as a trophy but his teammate Kurt refused to permit it. The Victory Boys and the spy escaped the concentration camp.
