Powers/Abilities/Functions: The Blood Train appeared to be a conventional train.

The Blood Train's most significant features were its conductor, Dracula, and its cargo, over 200 innocent victims whose blood was actively being drained into containers.

History:
(Ghost Rider: Vengeance Forever#1/3) - Dracula somehow obtained a train containing over 200 innocent victims who were restrained, presumably sedated, and had their blood actively drained out (against gravity) into containers by their sides.

(Ghost Rider: Vengeance Forever#1/3) - As Dracula drove the "blood train" through Pennsylvania, the blood was sensed by the pseudo-vampire Michael Morbius and the Daywalker Blade (Eric Brooks) while Dracula and his sins were sensed by the Spirit of Vengeance known as Vengeance Michael Badilino).

The three pursued the blood train on motorcycles, and Vengeance dove through its front window to engage Dracula directly.

The story was told in very low detail over three pages. It would be nice to see it expanded out with details and explanations, but, for now, that's all we've got.

Chronology of Dracula in Ghost Rider: Vengeance Forever#1

This could be the Bloodstorm/King/Drake version of Dracula. Hair slicked back, but with the skull medallion. Check the second image of the train scene. You can see that Dracula has long hair in the back
Blade, Morbius and Vengeance hung out for a bit in Doctor Strange: Sorcerer Supreme#66, but it would be too early for Blade to have been aware of Combo-Dracula.
Could be right after Blade's first solo title before Dracula gets split up again. Morbius title was done, and he didn't appear until X-Man#24 (02/1997) again. Vengeance's MCP storyline was over as well.
IMHO it should probably be placed before Dracula is split up again by Blade and Crossbow.
