Powers/Abilities: Suer rat has a crude knowledge of domestic law, but relies on bullying and others' ignorance of the law to achieve his ends.

History:

(Foofur#1/4 (fb) - BTS) - Suer Rat earned a reputation as a gutter attorney, bullying opponents, chasing ambulances for clients and specializing in suing.

(Foofur#1/4) - Malcontent rats Baby, Chucky and Sam living under the house occupied by bloodhound Foofur's runaway pack (Annabell, Fritz-Carlos, Hazel, Louis, Rocki plus cat Fencer) were angry at the dogs' noise. Sam thought to bully the dogs out using the law and had Baby imitate an ambulance siren to lure Suer Rat out. Sam gave a biased perspective of the situation and the aggressive Suer Rat quickly took the case. He ridiculously appointed the chihuahua Pepe, an enemy of Foofur, as judge because he knew Pepe would be hostile, and threw a judge's wig on the dog. Suer Rat pulled out subpoenas he hoped would force Foofur's gang out. At the house, Suer Rat had the other rats kidnap Foofur's niece Rocki and they quickly made off to a quiet room elsewhere where Suer Rat read out trumped up charges and Pepe immediately barking "guilty!"; Rocki and her friends were sentenced to banishment and she believed it to be law. Rocki ran back upset, so bulldog Louis confronted the troublesome rodents and four rats were pegged on the clothesline, ending the sham case.

"Suer" is, of course, a play on sewer and a lawyer's practice to sue. A Brown Rat is also called a Sewer Rat.

Annabell is incorrectly spelled Anabel in this story.
