History:
(Iron Man I#62 (fb) - BTS) - At some point Victoria Snow became the first female plant manager in Stark Industries. She became engaged to her head of research Mark Scott at some point.

(Iron Man I#62) - One day Tony Stark visited his Stark Industries Cincinnati Division with Pepper Potts. They were startled by Vicki Snow, who introduced them to her head of research Mark Scott. Pepper quickly got Tony up to speed about Mark Scott's fast rise to the top and his relationship to Snow. Vicki became angry when Mark insinuated that Vicki would quit her job to become a housewife. She was afraid that these comments could hurt her career, but it was intentional because Mark wanted her job. Vicki then led Tony and Pepper to the mock-up room where she showed them pictures of the Quantum IX, the first manned orbiting laboratory designed by a private corporation, which in conjunction with the Starjump space shuttle constructed in Detroit would bring scientific breakthroughs. Though it was not built yet, Tony had the power cell that would make it possible with him. Whiplash (secretly Mark Scott) attacked to steal the power cell from Tony. Vicki quickly pressed an alarm button, but the security officer was no match for Whiplash. Tony ran off to get Iron Man and told Vicki and Pepper to get to safety. Vicki was impressed by his dedication to the company.

During Iron Man's fight with Whiplash, Vicki was awed by the risks Iron Man was taking for the company and that he was even fighting Whiplash without his damaged gauntlets. Whiplash eventually got away when he tipped over some equipment, which nearly crushed Iron Man. Vicki and Pepper watched Iron Man push off the heavy equipment. Tony returned with injured hands and had a quick answer for Pepper and Vicki how he got injured while looking for Iron Man.

After the incident Vicki broke off her engagement to Mark Scott because she had realized that he would never be okay with her keeping her job and after seeing Iron Man's dedication didn't want to give Tony Stark anything less. She offered him to stay with the company with her as his superior, but he quit.

(Iron Man III#7 (fb) - BTS) - Victoria Snow started her own energy research and applications company at some point known as PowerSource, Inc. Her company was failing after too much money was wasted on experiments that went bust. Though they had developed a new power plant that could revolutionize the industry they didn't have the money to build it.

(Iron Man III#5 (fb) - BTS) - The environmentalist group Terra Tactics sabotaged an alternative energy research project at PowerSource, Inc. because they believed it to be unsafe. Rick Dennison was wounded by a guard and left behind by his group while the facility was blown up by them with a bomb. Dennison was mutated and his body heat melted the floor he laid on before he was transferred to a hospital.

(Iron Man III#7 (fb)) - After the Dennison incident, the insurance didn't even cover the cost of rebuilding and PowerSource, Inc. was in danger of going bankrupt.

The Kree contacted PowerSource, Inc. and were willing to fund the new power plant. Victoria was desperate to keep her company alive so she made the deal. She didn't want to think what they needed the power plant for.

(Iron Man III#7 (fb) - BTS) - At some point Victoria heard Dylon Cir say that the Lunatic Legion would use the new power plant to doom Earth.

At some point Victoria received a call from Tony Stark, who wanted to talk with her as a favor to Iron Man.

(Iron Man III#7) - Victoria welcomed Tony Stark and Pepper Potts at PowerSource, Inc. and soon learned that Tony was led to her corporation by a mysterious transmission that revealed the accident that mutated Dennison into Firebrand. Victoria admitted that the Dennison (though she kept calling him Denninger) incident took place at her corporation, but Tony only wanted to know the source of the data and possible connection of Victoria's corporation to his mysterious enemy because he was sure he would need a power plant. Victoria wouldn't identify her client, but before Tony left a drunken Warbird (Carol Danvers) crashed through the office window of Victoria. Victoria looked on as the situation went out of control and before she could do anything else her Kree employers Dylon Cir and four soldiers stormed the office as well. She got mad at Cir because Stark didn't even know about the Kree because she kept her mouth shut, but Cir didn't care because Warbird was part of their plans anyway.

Pepper and Victoria fled with the other PowerSource's employees to the basement where they hid under the a massive cyclo-generator while Iron Man and Warbird fought the Kree, who escaped with the prototype of a power generator created for them by PowerSource, while Kree Sentry #571 erected a vibro-field around the facility. In the basement Victoria revealed the whole truth to Pepper about her company's problems and how they got involved with the Kree. She revealed to Pepper that the Kree planned to use the prototype against Earth. The facility collapsed after Sentry #571 was destroyed and the vibro-field dissipated. Iron Man saved everyone in the basement from getting crushed by the cyclo-generator. He saw Victoria look at the rubble that was once her corporation. Victoria authorized Tony to look through her client records if the courts allowed it while reporters and the public called her a traitor. Victoria Snow was arrested for treason or unauthorized commerce with foreign nationals.

Comments: Created by Mike Friedrich, Craig Russell & John Romita.

The last two panels in Iron Man I#62 insinuated that Vicki intuitively knew that Mark Scott was Whiplash.

The reader only learned about PowerSource, Inc. in Iron Man III#7, but it was the company attacked by Terra Tactics in the flashback in #5.

Iron Man III#7 was the first part of the Live Kree or Die! crossover that ran through Captain America III#8 (August, 1998), Quicksilver I#10 (August, 1998) and Avengers III#7 (August, 1998). The Kree planned to use the generator created by PowerSource, Inc. for the Lunatic Legion to power an Omni-Wave Projector directed at Earth to mutate humanity into Kree, but the plan was thwarted by the Avengers.
