History:
(Incredible Hulk II#422 (fb) - BTS) - At some point in the past Siingard became a close ally of Loki's son Vali Halfling.
(Incredible Hulk II#422) - Siingard was sitting on his throne while he was served food by a slave girl when he was told that Tuurgid had captured an intruder. Siingard was shocked when he saw that the intruder was his old ally Vali Halfling, the son of Loki, and decapitated Tuurgid with his sword for having the audacity to treat Vali like that. Siingard kneeled before Vali, apologized to him and made it clear that Tuurgid was just a clueless poseur that sought Siingard's crown. Vali informed Siingard that powerful enemies were after him and would besiege Siingard's castle to get to him.
Vali explained baseball to Siingard while they waited for the arrival of Vali's enemies. Siingard was surprised that mortals used clubs to smash balls while the Frost Giants used them to smash their enemies' heads. Siingard assured Vali that his enemies would not get to him because the Hoarfen, Siingard's nephew and son of the Fenris Wolf, protected the castle.
When Hulk and his allies finally arrived at Siingard's castle, Siingard mocked them while Vali told them to just leave. Siingard's blew a horn when they wouldn't listen and it summoned the Hoarfen, who received a boastful introduction by Siingard. Hector took the opportunity to captured Vali while Siingard was distracted and Vali was dropped into Hulk's arm while the Hoarfen rose. Siingard asked the Hoarfen to wait because he didn't want to endanger Vali, but the Hoarfen was done waiting and devoured Hulk and Vali almost immediately.
(Incredible Hulk II#423) - Siingard admonished the Hoarfen for eating Hulk and Vali, who was under his protection. The Hoarfen didn't take so kindly to the critique and angrily lashed out at Siingard, who landed in front of Fandral.
(Incredible Hulk II#423 - BTS) - Siingard lost a few fingers to Fandral's sword. (Incredible Hulk II#423) - Siingard soon told his fellow Frost Giants not to waste time on fighting the humans because the Hoarfen was out of control and they needed to stop him. Siingard aided the Asgardians and mortals while his fellow Frost Giants fell in battle against the Hoarfen. After the Hoarfen was finally defeated by Hulk erupting from his jaw, Siingard declared it was time for vengeance and faced off with Red Norvell and the Warriors Three, while Vali teleported away with Hulk, Betty, Cassiopeia and Hector.
