Powers/Abilities: Saehrimnir is effectively immortal, as the creature is killed and eaten daily, only to wholly regenerate for the next day's feast.

    Saehrimnir's body will always supply enough meat to feed those in Valhalla, regardless of the number.

History:
(Norse myth) - Saehrimnir was a large Asgardian boar residing in Valhalla that was cooked daily by Andrimnir in the cooking pot Eldhrimnir to feed the dead Aesir, only to completely regenerate to be eaten again the next day. Saehrimnir would vary in size to provide enough meat to feed those in Valhalla no matter the number.

(Avengers, Inc. I#3 (fb) - BTS) - Following his physical death, Skurge the Executioner was tasked with the duty of keeping Saehrimnir turned during the Aesir's daily feasts.

(Avengers, Inc. I#3 (fb)) - During one such feast, Skurge was reminded of his duty and as he approached the corpse of Saehrimnir on the pit, he remarked that Saehrimnir looked the way he felt.
