History:

(Avengers VII#50 (fb) - BTS) - Reality-4111's Earth was much like Earth-616 and was the home of industrialist Howard Stark, whose technological creations earned him billions. After founding the S.H.I.E.L.D. organization and even saving the world a few times, Howard began to view himself as living at the forefront of an impending age of miracles. Imagining a future filled with superpowered mutants and immortal superhumans, Howard felt as if the future he envisioned would be a future he would not live to see, soon becoming envious of his own children, who would survive to see such a world. After studying the legacy of the Earth's greatest superhuman powers, Howard grew to believe that the Starks deserved to be recognized in history as well and he sought to make a deal with the devil to ensure his survival.

(Avengers VII#50 (fb)) - Meeting the demon Mephisto (who was in the form of a homeless man) at a city crossroads, Howard Stark made a deal with Mephisto to stop aging in exchange for Stark's own family. Returning home to find his son Tony flying on jet boots of Tony's own creation, Howard grimly pulled out a gun and shot Tony dead, ensuring that the Howard Stark name would live on into the future. Once the Stark family were gone, Howard Stark was sent to Mephisto's Hell-realm, where he was soul-bound to serve Mephisto, living to see a future world that he was forced to work towards destroying as Mephisto's Iron Inquisitor.

Comments: Created by Jason Aaron, Aaron Kuder, Carlos Pacheco, Rafael Fonteriz, Ed McGuinness and Javier Garron.

While very similar to Earth-616, Earth-4111 appeared to be more technologically advanced at an earlier point in history than Earth-616 though I suppose some of the advancements like Howard Stark's flying car was just S.H.I.E.L.D. tech and not common advancements.

CLARIFICATIONS:
Earth-4111 has no known connections to:

Mephisto

Mephisto was a demon Hell-Lord, much like his Reality-616 counterpart, often making deals with people in exchange for their souls and requiring a harsh repayment on providing a twisted version of the person's wishes. When industrialist Howard Stark sought to survive to see an age of superhumans and technological advancement, he met Mephisto at a city crossroads, where the demon, in the form of a homeless man, made a deal with Stark to stop Stark's aging in exchange for Stark's family. Agreeing to the deal, Stark went home and murdered his family, subsequently being brought to Mephisto's Hell-realm, where he would live to see the future he envisioned while being forced to help Mephisto destroy it. When Mephisto-4111 got involved in a Multiversal battle at Earth-616's dawn of time, he ordered Howard Stark-4111 to kill Earth-616's time-traveling Iron Man (Tony Stark), whom Mephisto had high hopes for. During the ensuing encounter with Iron Man-616, Earth-4111's Howard Stark tried to talk his way out of being struck down by claiming he had made mistakes like getting bound into Mephisto-4111's service. He then tried to claim that Mephisto-4111 had ordered him to kill Iron Man because Iron Man frightened Mephisto, only to ultimately disable Iron Man's armor and reveal that Mephisto actually wanted Howard to kill Iron Man because Mephisto-4111 had high hopes for the hero. Iron Man ultimately crushed Howard Stark-4111's hands and proclaimed that he would remain in a cave in Earth-616's 1,000,000 B.C., forced to watch the world unfold without him, until such a time that Mephisto-4111's magic wore off and Howard Stark died.

Tony Stark

Tony Stark was the brilliant young son of Howard Stark. Over time, Howard became jealous that his children would live on to see a miraculous future that he himself would not and he made a deal with the demon Mephisto to stop aging in exchange for his family. Agreeing to Mephisto's offer, Howard returned home to see that Tony had designed a set of flying jet boots. Howard then pulled a gun and murdered Tony, followed by the rest of his family, to fulfill his part of the bargain with Mephisto.
