GORFIN-7
Official Name: Gorfin-7
Nature: Extraterrestrial planet, unidentified star system (likely the Gorfin system), unidentified galaxy (see comments)

Gravity: Unrevealed (apparently possessed a gravitational field in which it was comfortable for humans to function; the human "Flash" Thompson made no comments about it being different than that to which he was used accustomed)
Atmosphere: An unspecified combination of gases (presumably mostly nitrogen and oxygen as Thompson made no comments about it being different than that to which he was used accustomed)

from space, the planet seemed relatively Earth-like

Places of Interest: The bridge built by Venom/"Flash" Thompson and 803, and the two regions connected by said bridge
Prominent Residents: None identified
Visitors: 803, Venom (Eugene "Flash" Thompson/Klyntar symbiote)
First Appearance: Venom: Space Knight#3 (March, 2016)
History:
(Venom: Space Knight#3 (fb) - BTS) -
Presumably drawn by the voice of the cosmos via the pleas of the people
of Gorfin-7, Venom (Flash Thompson) traveled there with his robot ally,
803, aboard the ship they had claimed from Kio after his death.
Venom and 803, possibly with assistance of their ship, built a bridge for the people of Gorfin-7.
And there was much rejoicing.
(Venom: Space Knight#3) -
As the people of Gorfin-7 jubilantly waved their arms atop their new
bridge, Flash told 803 that it wasn't all kicking and fighting. "Sometimes we build bridges. Literally. Which is strangely more tiring."
As they left Gorfin-7, Flash
heard another voice from the cosmos, and they changed course for the
volcanic planet of the Wugin.
Comments: Created by Robbie Thompson and Ariel Olivetti.
Presumably given how easy it
was for Venom to get to the planet of the Wugin, which had been
afflicted by Mercurio's forces, seeking power for Gramos, it would seem
likely that the planets were all in the same galaxy as Gramos, which
would be the Milky Way. However, there are so many "intergalactic"
stories that don't seem to appreciate the immensity of that distance
(or the different between star systems and galaxies), we can't be
certain.

CLARIFICATIONS:
Gorfin-7 has no known connections to
![]() Observed only from a significant distance, the residents appeared to be bipedal, with relatively flat heads, arms that thickened distally and with three fingers and thumb on each hand. They apparently lacked the means to build a bridge themselves. (Venom: Space Knight#3
(fb) - BTS) - Needing a bridge, the natives of Gorfin-7 presumably called
out to their gods or something/someone for help them. The cosmos
apparently heard their plea and voiced it to Venom (Flash
Thompson/Klyntar symbiote), who, an "agent of the Cosmos" heard it and
responded. Thompson traveled there with his robot ally, 803, aboard the ship they had claimed from Kio after his death. Venom and 803, possibly with assistance of their ship, built a bridge for the people of Gorfin-7. And there was much rejoicing. (Venom: Space Knight#3) - As Thompson and 803 headed back to their ship, the people of Gorfin-7 jubilantly waved their arms atop their new bridge. --Venom: Space Knight#3 |
