History:
(Captain America I#107 (fb) - BTS) - For almost a month Ferret delivered each night Steve Rogers' prescription drugs from Doctor Faustus to him. Ferret knew that it caused nightmares that Rogers then visited his psychiatrist Faustus for to talk about. It was all part of Faustus' plan to drive Captain America mad.

Ferret was unaware that Rogers had gotten suspicious of the pills early on and had already sent Faustus' pills to S.H.I.E.L.D. for analysis. He knew what the pills did, but played along...for some unexplained reason.

(Captain America I#107) - Doctor Faustus complimented Ferret for a job well done because Rogers was apparently not suspecting that his regular bellboy was giving him a nightmare tablet every evening. Faustus gave Ferret extra-potent pills that would drive Cap mad for good.

Ferret found Cap training against S.H.I.E.L.D. Plastoid 427. He delivered Faustus' pills and a glass of water to Cap and got all excited about Cap taking the pills. Ferret left to call Faustus and inform him that Faustus' plan was working perfectly.

(Captain America I#107 - BTS) - Cap didn't actually take the aging tablets. He got a mask and wrinkly gloves that made it look like he did and then played along.

(Captain America I#107) - Ferret put on a Bucky costume and mask to pose as Cap's former sidekick. He then pretended that he had returned from the dead and needed Cap to come with him immediately to stop enemy agents from stealing a new missile plane. Cap rode the motorcycle while Bucky was standing on the backseat and telling him where to go. Bucky tried to jump on the missile plane when it had already taken off, but Cap seemingly got scared to lose Bucky the same way as the last time and told Bucky to jump to safety. Faustus and his men surrounded Cap, whose mind had seemingly been broken, and Ferret was glad that he could finally take off the Bucky mask. Moments later Cap beat up Faustus' henchmen because he had been playing possum all along.

And he was never seen or heard from again...as far as we know. It wouldn't surprise me if this guy had worked as a henchmen again for Faustus or somebody else.
