History:
(Avengers Forever II#5) - Arriving on Earth, a planet of plant-like
Man-Things, in its distant past, the reality-hopping Multiversal
Masters of Evil encountered Earth's prehistoric champions. When Earth's
Sorcerer Supreme announced themselves Earth's protectors, Earth-22215's
Doom Supreme replied that they couldn't protect against the Multiversal
Masters of Evil and he impaled the Sorcerer Supreme with a mystic blast
resembling a snake, diverging reality into Earth-35521 whose succeeding
timeline overwrote the timeline of Earth-91.
Doom then fired a mystic blast into the Sorcerer Supreme's head,
decapitating the creature, and within moments, all of the prehistoric
Earth's champions had fallen to the Masters of Evil. Several of the
Masters of the Evil then began arguing over which of them would take
over and mold the future timeline of Earth-35521 as the young Thanos of
Earth-616 began performing an autopsy on Earth-35521's Starbrand
wielder. Ignoring the other Masters, Doom Supreme-22215 overlooked the
prehistoric Earth-35521 before announcing that he had no interest in
the petty squabbles of his teammates and teleporting away.

Earth-35521 is never actually designated or identified on-panel. Its reality designation was provided off-panel at a later date. In fact, in the one issue it appears in, the initial identification for the planet of Man-Things is Earth-91. However, that is not incorrect because on the first page showing the planet of Man-Thing, it is indeed still Earth-91. Earth-35521 diverged from Earth-91 in the second panel of that page when the Multiversal Masters of Evil arrive on Earth and slaughter the assembled prehistoric superheroes. The timeline of the divergent Earth-35521 reality was then overwritten over the timeline of Earth-91, essentially replacing it until Earth-91 was restored along with the other realities overwritten by the Masters of Evil by Earth-616's prehistoric Phoenix and modern era Starbrand (Brandy Selby).
None of Earth-35521's champions
are identified by name but they are Earth-35521 counterparts of the
prehistoric Avengers, which included a Phoenix, a Starbrand wielder, a
Sorcerer Supreme and an Iron Fist.
