(Deadly Hands of Kung-Fu Special Album Edition#1) - were a pair of telepathically linked siblings, experts in Kung-Fu.
(Tony's Online Tips) - Still only teenagers, the pair learned their grandfather had died saving American industrialist Tony Stark from Sin-Cong warlord Wong-Chu, and so came to America to find if Stark was worthy of such a sacrifice. They soon figured out that Stark and his armored bodyguard Iron Man were one and the same, and became friends with him. Impressed with the siblings, Stark sponsored their continued stay in the United States of America.
(Deadly Hands of Kung-Fu Special Album Edition#1) - The Dragons Two went on to solve several mysteries and have other adventures.

As far as I can ascertain, Dragons Two was
first mentioned in June 1974 in both FOOM#6's Department of Infoomation
and Comic Reader#107's Marvel solicits, which noted they would appear in
the forthcoming Iron Fist black and white magazine: "The backup feature
will be about a brother-sister Oriental kung fu team called "Dragon"s
Two." FOOM#6 provided more details - the intended title was to be
released on 9th September 1974, the titular pair were a brother and
sister duo created by Tony Isabella and Mark Evanier, and it included a
design sketch, the only (afaik) image of the pair. Comic Reader#108
(July 1974) added that "DRAGONS TWO will be written by Mark Evanier and
drawn by John Byrne." Interestingly, at this juncture Byrne was yet to
work for Marvel, so had the story been published it would have been his
Marvel debut. Deadly Hands of Kung-Fu Special Album Edition#1 mentioned
the pair among the characters mentioned in a subscription advert, but it
was a house ad for the forthcoming Iron Fist title that provided a few
additional details, identifying them as being Kung Fu experts and
telepathically linked. However, the title was never to come out. Comic
Reader#110 (September 1974) mentioned that the new Iron Fist title had
been delayed, and #112 (December 1974) that it had been dropped entirely
from Marvel's publication schedule; neither item mentioned Dragons Two.
The last time a Marvel title mentioned them seems to be in the letters
page of Deadly Hands of Kung-Fu#17, where reader Blaise Majkoswki asked
what had happened to the story, but never got an answer. Per an
interview with David Anthony Kraft in TwoMorrows Back Issue#105 (July
2018) the title had been added by the Ninth Floor (the business floor)
of Marvel, who frequently sent out mandates telling the creative teams
that a new title was to be produced for release on a given date, usually
without sufficient notice, and then just as abruptly cancel them after
the creatives had rushed to get the stories ready.
However, cancelled doesn't mean forgotten. As revealed in Tony Isabella's online column on August 12th 2008, people kept asking about the characters. The column confirmed that the design sketch seem in FOOM was by John Romita, Sr., and the following about the pair:
"Filtered through my hazy memory, here's
what else I can tell you:
My two teen dragons were the grandchildren of Ho Yinsen,
the scientist who gave his life so Tony Stark could become Iron Man
and escape from their Viet Cong captors. Learning of these events, but
not knowing Stark was Iron Man, the kids came to America to see if he
was worthy of their grandfather's sacrifice. Being that these siblings
were crazy smart in addition to being first-rate martial artists, they
would have figured out Stark was Iron Man by the end of their first
story. Impressed, Stark would sponsor their further adventures in the
USA and elsewhere.
My pal Mark Evanier was my choice to write the series
because I had liked his writing on Gold Key's Amazing Chan and the
Chan Clan and figured he would get the blend of comedy, mystery, and
super-hero action I wanted for the series. I think he accepted the
gig, but I don't believe he did any work on the feature before the
Iron Fist mag was scrapped. I have a vague memory that Mark and I
discussed Dan Spiegle for our artist, but, if we did, we never got
around to actually asking him. If we had asked him, Spiegle, who has
always been one of the best and fastest artists in comics, probably
would have finished drawing the first story before Mark wrote it.
That's all I got."
Comic Reader#107 includes an apostrophe in
Dragon's Two, but everywhere else, and most notably the Marvel mentions,
lists them as Dragons Two, so I ASSume the latter version is correct.
Since their non-appearance we've had a lot of
additional details added to their grandfather Ho Yinsen, including
meeting his wife and two children, Toni and an unidentified male,
neither of whom would be old enough to have teenaged children (and
besides, if the Dragons Two had been introduced in the 1970s then even
with the sliding timescale the two teens would be in their twenties now,
and about the same age as Toni and the male). However, I don't think any
of this would prevent Dragons Two still fitting in okay with continuity
if they were to be introduced today. We don't know how many wives Ho
Yinsen had, and he was old enough when we met him to have grandchildren,
so Dragons Two could be children of an elder sibling or half-sibling of
Toni's, and may or may not be the grandchildren of the wife we saw. They
might (but might not) be natives of Timbetpal like their grandfather.
Their telepathic bond might just be a sibling
thing, akin to the bond twins are sometimes said to share, but it might
also be down to mutation or magic.
