Powers/Abilities: Badger has the ability to glow all over with a soft phosphorescence at will, but otherwise displays no fighting skills or other abilities beyond those of a regular human.

History:

(Peter Porker, the Spectacular Spider-Ham I#16/2 (fb) - BTS) - Badger used her luminescent power to help her partner Croak as they roamed the darkened night streets in search of junk food to sate his hunger, but she became tired of the same routine and longed for a movie date.

(Peter Porker, the Spectacular Spider-Ham I#16/2) - One night, Badger berated Croak for his continuing overly dramatic monologues and quest for night-time food binges. Unbeknown to her, the eccentric villainous scientist the Mad Stinker confused her for an electrified hamster and wanted her to power a nuclear power plant. The Mad Stinker sent his Ham-Droid robot to capture Badger and it soon confronted the duo. Ham-Droid distracted Croak with snack chips while it kidnapped Badger and took her to the Mad Stinker's lair, where the fiend demanded she run on a hamster wheel. But Croak arrived and enveloped the Mad Stinker in the folds of his cloak of darkness, severely disorienting the villain. Badger was thankful and the pair escaped into the night, only to have Croak return to the night-time routine of scouring the shops for unhealthy snacks and asking the exasperated Badger to pay for them.

Croak and Badger are the Larval Earth versions of Earth-616's Cloak and Dagger. As such, I'm assuming Badger's powers are derived from mutation in a similar way to Dagger's.
