History: Virtually nothing is known of Visalia before her first encounter with Drax and Captain Marvel.

(Captain Marvel V#5)- After plummeting down to the surface of a planet in the Microverse, Drax's unconscious body is found by some natives and taken to a palace. When Drax wakes up, he is taken to Visalia. Visalia thinks that Drax is the Hulk, and claims to be Jarella's (the Hulk's old girlfriend) sister. Drax had lost his intelligence, and Visalia touches him and suddenly, he is smart again. Visalia kisses him before he can explain to her that he is not the Hulk. Later Captain Marvel, who was with Drax when they crashed into the planet, comes to retrieve Drax. Visalia is wrapped around Drax's leg.

(Captain Marvel V#6)- Visalia commands Drax, who is now under her control, to attack Marvel. Drax also fights against the Microns. When his intelligence starts to revert back, Visalia is told by her lover, an armored man named Dexam, that she is not the enchantress that Jarella was. It is revealed that she is not actually Jarella's sister. Some Microns also reveal that Visalia was working with Dexam in an attempt to take over the Microverse, and that they are using Drax as a pawn. Later, under the impression that Dexam was trying to hurt Visalia, Drax attacks Dexam. Visalia yells at Drax, unintentionally revealing that she didn't love him. Drax throws both Visalia and Dexam. Their true cause is revealed, and a mob of people from the Microverse attack Visalia and Dexam. Captain Marvel saves Visalia from certain death after a few minutes.

Comments: Created by Peter David and James Fry

Originally, I suppose that Visalia was from the Micro-realm of K'ai, but due to a battle between Thanos and the Baron Karza, all the Micro-realms have been merged into one.
K'ai most correctly refers to the city/kingdom formerly ruled by Jarella. The planet itself has also been referred to as K'ai, but has no official name beyond "Jarella's World." The former sub-atomic realm in which it existed is known as the Dimension of  Jarella's World, the Dimension of K'ai, etc. But, the last part is now moot, as Stunner is correct: the planet now dwells within the same microverse as all former "sub-atomic" realms.
