Powers/Abilities: The Spoiler has superhuman (enhanced human) strength and durability. He is skilled at both armed and unarmed combat, and is highly proficient with ballistic weapons, of which he carries several. He also uses rocket boots

    He is entirely motivated by profit and is loyal to his allies only as long as he sees potential benefit for himself.

History: Unrevealed.

(Spider-Man: Arachnis Project#1 (fb) - BTS) - The Spoiler was originally a field agent for the Life Foundation, obtaining needed materials for them. He was eventually promoted up their corporate ladder.

(Spider-Man: Arachnis Project#1) - Spoiler was sent to terminate the Sneak Thief, who had failed her test of the Life Foundation by being captured by Spider-Man. However, he was opposed by Spidey, as well as Warrant, who showed up to try to bring Sneak Thief in for the bounty on her head.

(Spider-Man: Arachnis Project#2) - Sneak Thief escaped while Spoiler, Spider-Man, and Warrant fought each other. Spoiler reported the information to the Life Foundation and flew back to the base. The Life Foundation sent their Diggers to capture Sneak Thief.

(Spider-Man: Arachnis Project#3) - Spoiler was present as the Sneak Thief was returned to base.

(Spider-Man: Arachnis Project#4) - Spoiler smacked Toshiro Mikashi across the back of the head with his rifle when he insulted Roland Treece. He then tried to take Miho Mikashi to a cell, but she kicked him in the gibs and escaped into the fortress. He then fought side by side with the soldiers of the Life Foundation when the Jury turned against the rest of the group, but when things started to turn against him, he decided to cut his losses, and abandoned the soldiers. He went to tell Carlton Drake he had quit and collect his check, but instead found the monstrous Homo Arachnis, into which Drake had mutated.

(Spider-Man: Arachnis Project#5) - Homo Arachnis attacked the Spoiler, but he was assisted  by they Jury when they saw the threat Drake now posed. However, once again, as soon as things looked bleak, Spoiler bailed on the Jury, leaving them to fight Homo Arachnis alone. Spoiler fled the Life Foundation base and headed off for parts unknown.
