Powers/Abilities: Both Jason and Cara both have special warts which allow them to fire energy blasts that pack more punch than She-Hulk's punches. However, after blasting for a short time, they become exhausted.

History:
(Sensational She-Hulk#16 (fb) - BTS) - Jason and Cara are a pair of kids who gained powers from the gamma irradiated lizards (the Outcasts) from the gamma bomb testing grounds. They got warts from the lizards and the warts gave them powers. The pair worked for an implausible dude ranch and resort near the site of the original gamma bomb.

(Sensational She-Hulk#15) - She-Hulk, in her human form, trapped herself in a special vault near the gamma bomb site so that when she turned into the savage She-Hulk (which she was doing then) she would not be dangerous. Two kids were already in the vault. Their names were Jason and Cara, and they had warts.

(Sensational She-Hulk#16) - She-Hulk turned savage and tried fruitlessly to break out of the vault. Jason and Cara then offered to help her. They fired energy blasts from their warts at the door. Before they finished however, they became worn out by their efforts. She-Hulk finished the job, and the three left. She-Hulk then took them to the dude ranch. Once there, She-Hulk yelled at Mr. and Mrs. Dickel, the owners of the ranch, that she wanted to know where her friends Wilcox and old lady (Louise Mason) were. Nobody knew what she was talking about, so She-Hulk started to tear up the place, until a hot spring made her pass out. Mr. Dickel retrieved her from the hot spring, and She-Hulk was relatively normal again, and no longer savage. Jason and Cara thought she was more fun as a savage She-Hulk.

Comments: Created by Steve Gerber and Bryan Hitch.

Jason and Cara discuss getting their warts from playing with mutant lizards in the desert. There are more than one group of mutant lizards in the desert (such as the People/Lizard People/Saurians), but the proximity to Banner's Desert Base does suggest the Outcasts. This is not confirmed, however--Snood.

It was never made clear whether or not Jason and Cara were related to each other in anyway, and it was also never made clear if they had any relation to Mr. and Mrs. Dickel. Since there is no evidence for or against, I'm just going to assume they are not related.

The title of Sensational She-Hulk#15, "Secret Warts," is clearly a spin off on the Secret Wars.

Jason and Cara are among the Gamma Mutates in World War Hulk: The Gamma Files. Her last names were also revealed in this book.
