Powers/Abilities: Chill has the normal strength and abilities of a regular person. Chill carries with him an ice Gun called Freezemaster that freezes things up. Chill also has a trick snowboard that allows him to go faster than normal on the snowboard.

History: Chill apparently is a professional snowboarder

(Hydrators#1) Chill continually beat Nicole at snowboarding. The Hydrators realized that something was wrong with Nicole, so she couldn't compete properly. The Hydrators investigated and found out Chill was the freezing the water to keep the other snowboarders dehydrated so he could win the race. When Nicole got properly hydrated she smoked Chill in snowboarding. Wanting revenge Chill attempted to freeze the water again but was defeated by the Hydrators, whereupon they found out about his trick snowboard.

Nicole was a snowboarder who lost to Chill in snowboarding since she was dehydrated. When it was revealed Chill froze the water, she could beat Chill no problem.
