Base of Operations: Humanity's Last Stand Complex, East Buffolk, Oklahoma.

First Appearance: Punisher III#14 (December, 1996)

Powers/Abilities: Burnout took a drug which provided her with superhuman speed. She was able to travel faster than a locomotive. Deprivation of the drug which gave her her powers would result in her death, as her powers burnt her up from the inside. She also spoke words in a rushed, hurried manner. Burnout had sharp blades mounted on each of her wrists, and could deflect bullets with them. Like all MLF members, she had a teleportation device in her costume.

History: (Punisher III#14)- Burnout was sent by the MLF to capture Reverend William Conover as he was being transported aboard a train by the Punisher, Carl Denti, and Kymberly Taylor. Although she was able to dodge the Punisher's bullets when he aimed, he quickly learnt to fire at where she wasn't, and managed to tag her shoulder. Taylor attempted to flee with Conover aboard a SHIELD motorcycle, but Burnout left the train to chase after them.

(Punisher III#15)- Burnout caught up to the motorcycle, and slashed its front tire. Conover offered to sacrifice himself to spare Taylor, but Burnout simply captured him, teleporting him back to the Humanity's Last Stand compound.

When Denti claimed to have proof that the MLF were not mutants, Burnout accompanied the MLF in attempting to capture him. She again fought the Punisher and Taylor, but were successful in capturing Denti-- unaware it was part of the Punisher's plan.

(Punisher III#16)- Burnout was ordered by Simon Trask, head of Humanity's Last Stand, to escort Denti to a cell, after which she would be given a new dose of her drug. However, Denti escaped her, and switched to his other identity as the X-Cutioner. Burnout reported his escape to Trask, then pleaded for the drug. Trask refused to reward incompetance, and she burst into flames then died before the MLF, which Trask hoped would teach them a valuable lesson. He then asked to have a new Burnout provided.

The new Burnout joined with the MLF in battling the Punisher, Taylor and X-Cutioner when they raided the compound, but the X-Cutioner brought her down with an ultra-sonic attack. She was presumably killed when Trask blew up the compound.
