History: (Incredible Hulk II#150 (fb) - BTS) - Viking and his gang of fellow motorcyclists were hanging out a gas station near Rio Diablo, New Mexico when they saw Lorna Dane come to gas up her vehicle. Intrigued by Lorna's green hair, Viking decided he had to see her up close and soon he and his gang were pursuing her as she drove back to her home.

(Incredible Hulk II#150) - As Viking rode alongside Lorna's car, menacing her, she was suddenly aided by the arrival of the Hulk, who had likewise noticed Lorna's green hair and been drawn towards her. With a single landing on the ground, the Hulk smashed four of the motorcycles riding in the rear of the gang's formation.

Lorna finally stopped her car and unleashed her mutant magnetic powers against most of the remaining cyclists, sending their vehicles flying. Lorna continued on foot to the adobe home where she lived with her boyfriend Havok. Viking pursued her on his motorcycle, now intent on trying to murder Lorna for attacking his gang, but as Viking was about to drive over her, a sudden blast of plasma energy from Havok destroyed Viking's motorcycle. Viking was left lying in a heap.

Comments: Created by Archie Goodwin, Herb Trimpe and John Severin.

A lot of things happen off-panel in Incredible Hulk II#150 - Hulk first noticing Lorna Dane? Happens off-panel. Viking and his gang stalking Lorna? Happens off-panel. Lorna using her powers against the motorcyclists? Happens off-panel. It's the off-beat off-panel excitement you've come to expect from ol' mighty Marvel, true believer!

Viking's face is just barely visible in the story itself - the cover of Incredible Hulk II#150 gives more prominence to him than anywhere in the interior.
