History:
(FOOM#4) – In answering the question, "What will the best dressed villain be wearing next year?", the Marvel Bullpen designed a new villain based on 11 of the best (or worst), different costume pieces and accessories taken from some of Marvel's nastiest villains and dubbed him the Ultimate Marvel Villain.

(Fun and Games Magazine#2) – "This gent doesn't care much for superheroes. Were the truth be known he positively detests them...so much so that he plans to beat up on all of them. But to do that he feels he must have a costume. Because he reads every Marvel mag, he knows that many of the baddies individually have come close so if he were to take bits and pieces of several of their costumes that should do the trick. Applaud him now. This may be the last time he ever hears anything."

Not much information exists on these two similar puzzle characters, so I combined them into one profile.

Both characters were puzzles where the reader had to figure out what villains the many parts of the costume were taken from.

It is possible both characters are the same person and only their costumes are different.

For fun, I will leave out what super villains their many costume parts came from. Its up to you to solve good readers!
