History:
(Punisher War Journal II#7 (fb) - BTS) - At some point the Neo-Nazi nicknamed Tank joined Hate-Monger's National Force.

(Punisher War Journal II#6 (fb) - BTS) - Tank likely participated in the attack on the lay-up colony near the Mexican border.

(Punisher War Journal II#8 (fb) - BTS) - Tank and Joe went to 911 operator Carla, who had received the 911 call that pulled the authorities away from the lay-up colony. They killed her.

(Punisher War Journal II#7 (fb)) - Tank encountered Frank at the Westerner bar, somewhere in Arizona's Sonoran Desert. Tank liked his tattoo (a fake Iron Cross, sprayed on by Stuart Clarke). Frank claimed to have been incarcerated at Florence Supermax and that he came to Sonora looking for a job to protect the US borders. Tank assured him that it wouldn't be hard to find such a job. They introduced themselves to each other.

Tank and Joe took Frank with a blindfold and bound arms to a bull fighting arena. Tank released a bull and to his surprise Frank used the bull's horns to free his arms and then used a plank from the arena to knock out the bull. Hate-Monger was impressed and thanked Tank for bringing Frank to the National Force.

(Punisher War Journal II#8 (fb) - BTS) - Tank didn't like it when a reporter turned up at Carol's trailer to ask questions.

(Punisher War Journal II#8 (fb)) - Tank and Joe went to the sheriff and asked him who the reporter was. Tank threatened the sheriff until he revealed that the reporter's name was Tatiana Arocha. Tank and Joe left and borrowed the sheriff's police car.

Tank and Joe pulled over Stuart Clarke's car. Tati and Stuart realized too late that they were not pulled over by cops. Tank pulled Tati out of the car and Stuart drove off in fear while Tank and Joe took shots at his car.

(Punisher War Journal II#9 (fb) - BTS) - Tank and Joe took Tati to the National Force's base and beat her up.

(Punisher War Journal II#9 (fb)) - Tank took Frank blindfolded to the National Force's base. He showed Frank the base, which looked far bigger on the inside, then took Frank to Hate-Monger.

Tank and Joe later presented Tati to Frank to kill her as part of his initiation. He watched Frank, influenced by the base's H-rays, kill Tati.

Tank later joined another National Force attack on a lay-up colony in Mexico. Frank, showing his true colors, put on his Captain America-inspired Punisher costume and tried to kill all National Force members. Hate-Monger and Tank watched him get overpowered and beaten up.

(Punisher War Journal II#7 - BTS) - Tank was present when Hate-Monger's firing squad got ready to kill the Punisher.

(Punisher War Journal II#8) - Hate-Monger pulled his Luger P-08 to shoot the Punisher when Tank stopped him. Hate-Monger pushed his gun against Tank's chin for stopping him from shooting the Punisher. Tank showed Hate-Monger the red dot on his chest from a lasersight and told him that they were not alone.

(Punisher War Journal II#9) - G.W. Bridge started to take down National Front members with his sniper rifle. Tank ordered the others to spread out and keep low to the ground while people left and right to him were taken out. Hate-Monger threatened to shoot the Punisher if Bridge didn't come out from hiding. Tank watched Bridge come out from hiding and told them that he would arrest Frank Castle by any means necessary.

(Punisher War Journal II#10) - Tank was standing next to Hate-Monger when G.W. Bridge told them that his partner was taking down the National Force's base. Tank saw the explosions and tried to tell Hate-Monger that Bridge was not lying. Hate-Monger angrily hit Tank in the face with his gun and then ordered the National Force to fall back to base.

Back at the base Tank called every member running away a race traitor. G.W. Bridge apparently killed Tank by shooting him through the chest with a sniper rifle.

CLARIFICATIONS:
Tank should not be confused with:

Joe

Joe was the bartender of the Westerner bar, somewhere in Arizona's Sonoran Desert. He was also a Neo-Nazi, a member of Hate-Monger's National Force and apparently a close friend of Tank.

He was the first to encounter Frank when he entered the Westerner bar and didn't like how intense Frank was. He tried to calm down Frank because he was among friends at the bar.

He drank a beer while Frank took down a bull as part of his initiation. He was shocked and impressed at the same time.

Joe later joined Tank at the local police station where Tank forced the sheriff to tell him that Tatiana Arocha was the reporter that came to 911 operator Carla, who had been killed by Tank the day before.

He later joined Tank in the kidnapping of Tatiana and hit Stuart Clarke before he drove off in fear. Joe and Tank both took a few shots at Stuart's car while he got away.

They took Tati to the National Force's base and beat her up before presenting her to Frank to kill as part of his initiation process to join the National Force. Joe watched Frank kill Tati.

Joe later took the wheel when the National Force drove to the next lay-up colony they planned to attack. He was in the same car as Frank and asked him what he had in his duffel bag. Frank revealed his new Captain America-inspired Punisher costume, before killing Joe and pushing him out the car.
