History:

        (Spider-Man: Full Circle I#1 (fb) - BTS) - The Spider-Man of Earth-29955
was among the heroes who opposed the High Evolutionary's plan to promote
world peace by turning the planet's population into werewolves. Figuring
that wolves were pack animals, the Evolutionary reasoned the new and
improved mankind would live together in peace.

        (Spider-Man: Full Circle I#1 (fb) - BTS) - When Spider-Man and his
fellow heroes failed to stop the High Evolutionary, the villain had his
revenge by turning his opponents into a type of animal that (were)wolves
would hunt: pigs. Now known as the Spider-Swine, Peter Parker continued
        on as a hero.

 (Spider-Man: Full Circle I#1 (fb)) - Spider-Swine had a traumatic run in
with Kraven the Hunter that ended in the villain's untimely death. The
encounter left Spider-Swine psychologically scarred and unhinged, often
believing himself to be Kraven the Hunt-Pig.

believing himself to be Kraven the Hunt-Pig.

(Spider-Man: Full Circle I#1 (fb) - BTS) - Eager to undo the dismal
present he found himself living in, the Spider-Swine convinced Doctor
Strange to magically transport him back in time. Strange set a few
ground rules: Swine could only manifest himself through a connection
with his past self and he was not allowed to reveal himself or tell
himself too much or else the Swine would not be able to return to his
        present.

(Spider-Man: Full Circle I#1) - Appearing in the past during the time
period Spider-Man was knocked out for two weeks on board the SHIELD
Helicarrier, the Spider-Swine kept himself hidden inside a cell and
waited for Peter Parker to wake up. Reaching out to his groggy past self
without opening the door, Spider-Swine began to subtly coach and coax
Peter Parker to try and prevent the High Evolutionary's scheme that was
already unfolding at Ferrett World, a theme park in Florida secretly run
        by AIM.

(Spider-Man: Full Circle I#1 - BTS) - Despite the aid of Nick Fury and
Wolverine, Spider-Man had proven unable to stop the High Evolutionary
from advancing his plans to turn mankind into werewolves. Sensing his
mission was already a failure and the way home closed, Spider-Swine
decided to step in and take an active hand.

(Spider-Man: Full Circle I#1) - Revealing himself to a baffled
Spider-Man, the Spider-Swine took the fight to the High Evolutionary who
thought himself safe inside a giant robot replica of himself. Using his
strength and agility, Spider-Swine made his way up the massive machine
all the while reliving his warped, self imagined origin as Kraven the
Hunt-Pig. His delusional state didn't hinder his performance:
Spider-Swine breached the Evolutionary's command center, knocked out the
villain and dragged him outside. Briefly relishing his victory, he was
unaware an evil, animatronic Nick Fury was manipulating the damaged
Evolutionary robot, causing it to crush the porcine do-gooder with one
        of its giant fists.

(Spider-Man: Full Circle - BTS) - Covered in the splattered remains of
his alternate future swine self, a rattled Spider-Man watched Wolverine
and Nick Fury chase after the robotic Fury while he tried to figure out
        his next move.

The story told in Spider-Man: Full Circle is a little out there,
but what do you expect from a book that was written and drawn by seven
different creative teams who all did a chapter of an ongoing story they
only after the fact tried to streamline and make sense of. The
Spider-Swine gets his moment to shine and the subtle homage to the
classic Kraven's Last Hunt storyline, complete with J.M. DeMatteis style
        prose captions is pure fun.
It *is* a bit of a shame we didn't get to see a pigged out
        Stephen Strange though.
