Confused and suspicious, Peter fiddled with his television's remote control, only to learn that the television would not turn off or change channels. Later, after Akhenaten killed the Avengers and Fantastic Four and displayed their corpses in hovering, cross-shaped coffins, Spider-Man stared at the coffins as Daredevil showed up to ask about the coffins. A saddened Spider-Man commented that Daredevil that he could not see inside the translucent coffins and who was inside them. Daredevil then asked who and Spider-Man explained that the coffins housed all of the Avengers and the Fantastic Four before going silent. Daredevil asked if the coffins were a trick but quickly discerned from the lack of heartbeats and breathing that Spider-Man was not lying. When Daredevil who had done such a thing, a solemn Spider-Man apologized and replied that he had no answers.

(Marvel Universe: The End#3) - After Akhenaten established his Imperial Police Force, comprised of supervillains, to weed out what he felt were society's undesirables, some of the Imperial Police Force attacked Spider-Man, Hawkeye, Black Cat, Daredevil and Black Widow. During the battle, Spider-Man was knocked aside by Absorbing Man's prison ball.

Comments: Created by Jim Starlin and Al Milgrom.

There was next to no good images of Earth-4321's Spider-Man. We have two shots of him out of costume, several shots of him in the costume from the waist up and the only full body shot we have is an image of him seen from behind...

All of Spider-Man-4321's stats are taken from his Earth-616 counterpart, as Earth-4321 directly diverged from Earth-616. With that in mind, most of Spider-Man's history prior to Marvel Universe: The End#1 mirrors that of his Earth-616 counterpart.
