History:
(Spectacular Spider-Man II#197) - When a group of criminals, including
Ira, Mitch, and Herb, robbed a bank, they were taken down by
Spider-Man, Archangel, Beast, Cyclops, and Iceman.
(Spectacular Spider-Man II#199) - Ira boarded a subway and sat next to a woman who was trying to read a book. Wanting her attention, and ignoring her protestations, Ira touched the woman's face and said how he wanted to be her friend. Peter Parker intervened, asking Ira to back down, so Ira yelled in his face, but Peter grabbed Ira's wrist and squeezed, until Ira complained that he was being hurt.
